Latifa is an outgoing personality; she enjoys working with projects teams and her strengths are in creation, innovation, initiation and facilitation of teams and projects.
She started her career in 2004 in the telecommunications industry with the startup of Zain Bahrain, formerly known as MTC-Vodafone Bahrain. It is where she discovered her passion for HR and Human Development and where the journey started. In 2014, Latifa decided to take her career forward and to seek a new challenge in the aviation field, moving to work as the Head of Organizational Development in the globally changing dynamics of airpot operations and sharing her expertise in Employee Engagement and Organizational Cultures towards excellence of the Employee Experience. Latifa also joined the Human Resources as Senior Manager at Bahrain International Circuit and currently is a HR Project Manager at APM Terminal.
