Mohamed Al Qooty, former Director of Media and Public relations at the Council of Representatives, former director of Communication and Marketing at the Bahrain Football Federation, holds a master’s degree in media and public relations with a high degree of excellence with honors, specializing in communications and media sciences, advertising, public relations, marketing and human development. He is a certified lecturer in a number of universities, (Officers Training College) and a trainer in the Institute of Public Administration, in the field of press editing, marketing, advertising, media and strategic planning Public relations, protocol, etiquette, official speaker skills, work pressures, crisis management, customer service, job excellence, event organization, and columnist in various media, administrative, political and media analysis.

He worked as an officer in the Ministry of the Interior as Head of the Information Affairs Division of the Security Information Department, Director of the Youth Organizations Department of the General Organization for Youth and Sports, the Acting Director of the Clubs and Director of the News Department and the Acting Director of the Press Department of the General Directorate of Foreign Media. During the course of his career, he oversaw many programs and media coverage, and formulated policies and plans for media communication with external and internal media institutions, forming media networks and developing training plans for media professionals and correspondents.

He received many letters of thanks and appreciation from a number of organizations, Specialized in media and human development and a member of the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Strategic Planning Association and has passed many specialized courses in political development, qualification of candidates, marketing and management.
