Lulwa Hassan Budalma, an energetic and dedicated person who seeks challenges to innovate new approaches and solutions to new ideas. Adopts a vision of creativity and thought stimulation in performance. Enjoys a personality that adapts with change and believes that change comes in parallel with innovation.​

Lulwa holds a Phd in Innovation Management, a master’s degree in journalism, and a bachelor’s degree in public relations. She worked in a number of governmental and private institutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain. She is also a member of the advisory board at the Ahlia University in Bahrain. Certified trainer in the fields of media, public relations, communication, human development and crisis management. ​

She holds many specialized certificates in the political, administrative and marketing media. She holds an International Certificate in International Protocol from the Washington School of Protocol. Lulwa has facilitated thousands of training hours inside and outside Bahrain in many fields including but not limited to media, administrative and innovation. Also worked with major public relations companies in the field of media training.​

She has a lot of scientific research and literature, the most important of which are; “A King Who Shares His People’s Aspirations”, a scientific and analytical study of articles by His Majesty the King of Bahrain, in addition to a lot of research related to the impact of social networks, and the book “Your Long Life”, which is a comprehensive book of the most important rules of etiquette and local and Gulf protocols, it also has a number of women’s research. She is also the author of an article entitled “My humble opinion” in the Bahraini Al-Watan newspaper and “In you we are proud” in Mayadeen magazine, in addition to presenting many working papers that she presented at local, Gulf and Arab conferences. She is also a volunteer in a number of charitable and specialized societies. She was chosen to be the media editor-in-chief for the parliamentary and municipal elections in the Kingdom in 2010 and 2014, in addition to the by-elections in 2011. She also represented the Kingdom of Bahrain in a number of international forums. She is also a broadcaster on Bahrain Radio and Television.​
