Course Overview
The most crucial skill of today is thought to be the ability to adapt to changes, new concepts, and innovations. Adaptability and flexibility is all about the ability to learn, grow and respond positively, even if things don’t go your way. Employees that are flexible are said to be able to adapt to stakeholders’ needs and preferences; are able to take on more tasks; are more open to feedback; thus are more productive overall. This module will enable learners to understand that the ability to evaluate occurrences and adjust to the roles and tasks or the job being offered is very crucial for both employer and the employees, and to be flexible as it establishes a streamlined technology and workforce adopted, due to innovations and changes in the market.
Course Objectives
- Describe adaptability & flexibility and its importance in the workplace.
- Know how to roll with uncertainty, tips to manage stress and navigate cultures, and how to solve problems creatively by applying the “can do” attitude.
- Learn how to build resilience and influence teams to do the same, leading and managing teams with adaptability
- Appreciate the importance and benefits of flexibility in the workplace, learn strategies to be more flexible and adaptable at work.
- Apply proven techniques to overcome personal resistance to potential change.
