Course Overview

Supervising employees demands more than knowing what to do and how to do it. The interactive course will explore with participants the essential knowledge, skills, abilities and behaviors to enhance supervisory and management competencies in order to develop themselves as effective supervisors. It will also assist supervisors on understanding their roles and its importance to the organizations and people. It will also provide a thorough understanding of the supervisor’s and leaders responsibilities as problem solver, coach, team leader and communicator.
