Course Overview

The Performance Management course helps Human resources professionals and managers enhance their leadership and managerial skills. A key aspect of Performance Management is a technique that is designed to monitor the progress and achievements of employees. It would encourage and support the continuing development of the organizations as a process in changing the business world. With these skills, the managers and executives would be able to encourage their employees to achieve greater heights for the company.

In the process, Managing Human Performance provides departments and individuals within the organization, a clear overall development plan, into which their own development plans can fit. It is also designed to encourage and motivate employees continually to develop their skills, so that they are an ever-increasing value to their organization. In this training, participants will learn how to manage better performance and provide good and fair appraisal practices. It will also introduce participants to a new perspective with regard to the “Appraisal System” as viewing and treating it as a habitual practice rather than just an annual or biannual affair
