Course Content

Human Resource Management refers to the policies, practices and systems that influence employees’ behavior, attitudes and performance. It includes analyzing and designing work, human resource planning, recruiting, selection, learning and development, compensation, performance management and employee relations.

Hence, HRM plays a key role in determining an organization’s survival, effectiveness and ability to maintain and gain market share in its industry.
