Emotional Intelligence in Virtual Work Environments

With the current technological advances, and the consequences it entailed in terms of working in virtual environments, emotional intelligence is the key to setting yourself apart in an AI world. When communicating virtually, it can become easy to misunderstand or misinterpret others which may lead to misplaced conflict. This session will explore with participants the four Emotional Intelligence competencies and identify ways to apply them effectively in their virtual communications.
