Corporate Planning

Course Overview:

Corporate planning is a critical skill for leaders who want to steer their organizations towards success. This 2-day course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of corporate planning, from developing a strategic plan to implementing and monitoring it.

On day one, participants will learn about the importance of corporate planning and its role in achieving organizational goals. They will explore the different types of corporate planning, including strategic planning, operational planning, and contingency planning. Participants will also learn how to conduct a SWOT analysis and identify strategic objectives.

On day two, participants will develop their skills in developing a strategic plan. They will learn about the different components of a strategic plan, including mission and vision statements, goals and objectives, and action plans. Participants will also learn how to prioritize and allocate resources and develop a monitoring and evaluation framework.
