Course Content

Course Overview:

The role of a leader is not just to manage tasks, but also to develop their team members. Coaching is a powerful tool that leaders can use to help their team members reach their full potential. This 3-day course will equip leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to become effective coaches.

On day one, participants will learn the basics of coaching, including the different coaching styles, the benefits of coaching for individuals, teams, and organizations, and the GROW model of coaching. On day two, participants will develop their coaching skills, including active listeningeffective questioning techniques, providing constructive feedback, and goal-setting and action planning.

On the third day, participants will put their coaching skills into practice through coaching sessions with feedback and evaluation. Participants will also learn how to handle difficult coaching situations, create a coaching culture in the organization, and measure the effectiveness of coaching. By the end of the course, participants will develop a personal coaching plan and have the tools and techniques needed to coach their team members effectively.
