Emerging Skills Development
Course Overview:
In today’s fast-paced and ever-changing job market, it is crucial for individuals to upskill and reskill themselves to remain competitive. This course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the skills needed to enhance their employability and meet the demands of the modern workplace.
Participants will acquire both technical and soft skills, including the 10 skills identified by the World Economic Forum (WEF): complex problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, emotional intelligence, and cognitive flexibility. They will also develop effective communication techniques, conflict management and resolution skills, and leadership and teamwork abilities.
The course will also focus on practical application, with participants working on a project simulation to apply their knowledge and skills in project management, communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
Course Objectives:
- Develop technical and soft skills to enhance employability and meet the demands of the modern workplace

This course is interactive, with practical exercises, case studies, and a project simulation to ensure participants can apply their learnings to real-life situations. By the end of the course, participants will have the tools and knowledge needed to upskill and reskill themselves effectively, including the 10 skills identified by the WEF. Participants will also be equipped with a strong foundation in soft skills to remain competitive in today’s job market.
