Infuse your life with action. Don't wait for it to happen. Make it happen. Make your own future. Make your own hope. Make your own love. And whatever your beliefs, honor your creator, not by passively waiting for grace to come down from upon high, but by doing what you can to make grace happen... yourself, right now, right down here on Earth.

Course Overview

Just like a football team, success of a manager is down to leadership skills and team members’ efforts where he/she can utilise the team to create the best tactics to achieve the required goals and results. Now-a-days, everyone is focusing on developing great leaders and raising questions such as “Are leaders made or born” and seem to forget the fact that leaders require great followers/supporters to achieving success!

In many organisations, Leaders change in a short period of time and are replaced with other leaders that bring on different strategies and ideas to the organisation, and those followers will have to follow and handle the change that has brought in. For that, followers require more skills and techniques to handle change and handle leaders the right way. This module will discuss the importance of creating a culture of followers and the effect of followers have on achieving organisational goals by supporting their leaders within the organisation, while developing the necessary skills required to be effective followers.

Course Objectives

  • Understand the importance of accepting a culture of followers
  • Know the attributes of a great follower
  • Be able to more effectively follow direct supervisors, managers and leaders’ instructions in order to contribute to achieving results.
