Course Content

Course Overview

Design thinking is demarcated as an analytic and creative method that involves opportunities to experiment, create and prototype models, gather feedback, and redesign. It provides a creative and solution-based approach to solving problems.  

From a large organization’s business perspective, design thinking ideally should involve a cross-functional team working collaboratively in through process by Understanding of the challenges, gaining new insights into their customers’; synthesizing these into directions for innovation; generating various ideas on how to address them; building first prototypes, and testing them again, ideally at the workplace. 

This programme aims to address these steps. It aims to enable the attendees to view problems from a larger perspective and acquire the skills & knowledge to reach the roots of the problems, utilize the newly acquired skills to analyse and create best solutions using design thinking process. Participants will be introduced to design thinking processes and identify ways to use these processes as a creative tool to develop process improvements prototypes which they can apply and test at their actual workplace.
