Course Content

Sales personnel and sales teams are always expected to achieve required targets; but without proper and effective coaching and mentoring. It is always difficult to achieve what is expected. All of this is the responsibility of the sales manager who is responsible for the overall success of the sales teams.

This course will provide sales managers with the necessary skills to being able to understand key sales strategies while being able to plan and execute coaching and mentoring plan for sales personnel to increase their chances of achieving required objectives.
