Course Content

An agile organisation is a term applied to organisations which are quick in responding to changes in the marketplace or environment. By adopting agile practices across the organisation, companies can become faster, more productive, and more responsive to customer needs.

Rapid changes in competition, demand, technology, regulations and environment have made it more important than ever for organizations to be able to respond and adapt quickly. In a rapidly changing commercial and social environment, some organizations are born agile, some achieve agility, and some have agility thrust upon them. To learn more about how to begin the journey towards an agile transformation this dynamic programme will enable the learners to understand and get the knowhow of being agile.
