Course Overview 

Being an effective supervisor requires more than just character, charisma, commitment and passion. It requires essential skills and competence to gain the trust of your staff by setting a holistic strategy to plan, monitor and evaluate assigned work. This training program will provide supervisors with essential skills to being able to enhance their management and supervisory skills, understand and practice key skills that will enable them to achieve organizational goals, objectives and targets!
