Course Overview
The process of sales management are undergoing drastic changes which are driven by several important factors and emerging trends that has a dramatic impact on the way sales representatives understand, prepare for and accomplish their jobs. Hence, It is critical for sales managers and sales representatives to comprehend these emerging trends in the areas of sales management and how they affect the success of the overall sales effort and initiatives.
In this training program, participants will be exposed to the current emerging trends, environmental internal and external factors that affect and influence sales management. Moreover, a light will be shed on the process of effective sales management and its various components.
Course Objectives
